Harold Brazil (born 1947[1]) is a lawyer and Democratic politician in Washington, D.C. He was an elected member of the Council of the District of Columbia from 1991 to 2005, first representing Ward 6 and then as an at-large member.[2][3] He is also notoriously known for assaulting a Jinx Proof tattoo shop employee in October 2008, when he drunkenly brought two women into the parlour and tried to enter one of the work zones. He holds a B.A. and J.D. from Ohio State University and an L.L.M. from Georgetown University Law Center.[1]
